Today, EXSIM had the honour of welcoming distinguished delegates from Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ) and representatives from Johor to D’Erica Residences, located at EXSIM’s 65 acres urban integrated development – Sentral Damansara, for an exclusive site visit and benchmarking session.
The visit centered on a guided tour of the development, providing the delegation with a first-hand experience of D’Erica Residences—a modern high-rise development that reflects EXSIM’s commitment to architectural excellence and quality workmanship. During the walkthrough, we shared our expertise in high-rise building management and the sustainable design principles that have shaped this project.
The session served as a platform for meaningful dialogue regarding the management of service apartment schemes and the creation of vibrant urban communities. We are proud to showcase D’Erica Residences as a benchmark for quality and operational standards within the Petaling Jaya skyline.
