Today, EXSIM had the honour of welcoming distinguished delegates from Prasarana Malaysia Berhad to D’Ivo Residences @ Old Klang Road for a special walkabout session.
The visit began with a presentation that offered an inside look into the transformation journey — how Prasarana’s former bus depot has been reimagined into D’Ivo Residences @ Old Klang Road, a modern residential landmark redefining the skyline of Old Klang Road. The session presented a deeper appreciation of the project’s design vision, sustainable approach, and development milestones.
This was followed by a guided site tour, where guests experienced first-hand the thoughtfully designed spaces and modern amenities of D’Ivo Residences @ Old Klang Road. The tour highlighted the development’s architectural finesse and quality workmanship across its two 39-storey towers, reflecting EXSIM’s commitment to comfort and design excellence. The project has also achieved its GreenRE certification, driven by sustainable building practices.
